What a private video call on Spark costs
There is no membership fee. You buy coins once, in euros, and spend them only while you are on a call. Below is every pack, what each one buys in talk time, and exactly when the meter runs.
See hosts and their ratesPer-minute rates
Each host chooses a rate between 180 and 300 coins per minute. One coin is worth half a euro cent, so a minute costs between €0.90 and €1.50. The rate is printed on the host's profile, and the call button shows it again before you connect.
Billing works per started minute. The first minute is charged when the video actually connects and each following minute when it begins. Ringing, waiting and any time spent while one side is reconnecting are not charged. If the call fails for a technical reason in its first seconds, the first minute goes back to your balance as coins, automatically.
Coin packs
Talk time is a range because rates differ between hosts: the low figure is at 300 coins a minute, the high one at 180.

Prices are in euros. If your card is in US dollars, pounds, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. The exact total appears before you confirm. You can pay by card, Google Play or crypto.
First-pack bonus and welcome coins
- First pack: one time only, you get 50% more of the pack's base coins, up to 3,000 extra. The last column above already includes it.
- Welcome coins: 600 promotional coins are added to new accounts. They stay locked until you buy your first coin pack, then you have 30 days to use them. With the Mini pack that makes 2,100 coins in total, roughly 7 to 11 minutes.
- Promotional coins are never paid out as money.
Booked calls
If you would rather fix a time than catch a host online, you can book a private call from 30 minutes up to 3 hours. Longer bookings cost less per minute, with up to 20% off. The app shows the full price in coins before you send the request, and the host confirms it.
Refunds and unused coins
- Coins you paid for stay on your account as credit for as long as the account exists. Leaving them unspent does not entitle you to a cash refund.
- Because coins are delivered immediately, you agree at checkout to start straight away and give up the 14-day withdrawal period for digital content.
- Money goes back to your original payment method when you were charged twice, charged a different amount from the one shown, did not receive the coins, did not authorise the payment, or could not use your purchase because of a fault on our side.
- To ask, email suporte@bizu.live from your account address with the order number. Bizu replies within 10 business days; your bank usually needs 5 to 10 business days to show the money.
